Thus, we know that providing the highest level of quality service is a priority of theirs as well. 

Provider Recommendation Confidentiality Policy

By default it is MSPSOS's policy is to keep all requests for service provider recommendations confidential. Our process starts with completely understanding the intricate details of the request for recommendations. This validation ensures that our team is on the same page as the requesting party, and helps us understand how MSPSOS can be best leveraged for locating a provider to accomplish the goals of the requester. Next, and only once approval has been provided by the requester, we will reach out to members of our Partner Network. MSPSOS will follow our internal process to keep information about the requesting party confidential unless we have written approval waiving confidentiality, or until disclosing information about the requester is required to move forward with supplying provider recommendations.
